Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows:

• Final Sale: Because digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final once the download link has been generated.
• Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical problem with a file (e.g., the file is corrupted or the wrong book was sent), we will provide a replacement link or a corrected file immediately.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if:
  1. The product was not delivered (and we cannot fix the delivery issue).
  2. Duplicate charges occurred due to a system error.
• Cancellations: You may cancel an order only before payment is completed. Once payment is successful and the link is issued, the order cannot be canceled.
